Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on Rakennustoimisto Laamo Oy:n tekemän Raision Kaanaaseen tulevan päiväkodin sokkeli- ja keskipalkkityö. Aihe osui sopivasti syksylle, jolloin opinnäytetyökin piti tehdä, näin työ sisältää tuoretta tietoa suoraan työmaalta. Työssä käsitellään teoriaa ja rakennusvaiheen käytäntöjä. Aihe on rajattu käsittelemään sokkeleita ja keskipalkkeja, jotta teksti pysyisi selkeänä ja helposti ymmärrettävänä. Työmaalla kirjoittaja toimi työnjohtajana ja vastaavan työnjohtajan apulaisena. Näin ollen yrityksen antamia tietoja ja vanhemman työnjohtajan kokemusta on pystytty hyödyntämään työtä tehdessä. Opinnäytettä varten tietoa on myös kerätty Ratu-korteista. Työn tuomia kehitys ideoita ja muita huomioita olen käsitellyt yhteenveto kohdassa. ; The subject of this thesis was the plinth and base beams for a future child care center. The site is located in Kaanaa, Raisio and the contractor is Rakennustoimisto Laamo. As the subject was established in the autumn 2014. Fresh information and were available directly from the site. The work consist of theory and construction practices. The scope of the thesis was the plinth and base beams to keep the text clear and easy to understand. The author worked as a manager and site manager’s assistant. Thus, it was possible use the information provided by the company and an experienced supervisor. Information was also collected from Ratu – cards for the thesis. The development of ideas and other comments brought by the work are have dealt with in the summary section. |
