| الوصف: | The flame of the old Euro‑enthusiasm is turning off in all the members States of the EU. Yet, the Western Balkans countries are still as determined to join the Union. Among them, in Albania, 90 % of the population were in favour of an European integration. Of course, as everywhere, this fascination is based on the fact that the values and rights advocated by the Union are those whose it has been deprived of. The integration in the European Union was seen as a true Eldorado. In Albania, integration is legitimated by the national identification to Europe. As, in the end, the integration was natural and, sooner or later, unavoidable. Enver Hosha’s communism was based on the fusion between the Marxist ideology and the national identification, according to which being Albanian is to communist. The fall of the regime has consequently led to the fall of the Albanian national identity that is being rebuilt since then, on the European integration process. ; La flamme de l’euro‑enthousiasme d’autrefois est en train de s’éteindre à travers tous les pays membres de l’UE. Pourtant, les pays des Balkans occidentaux sont toujours aussi déterminés à intégrer l’Union. Parmi eux, l’Albanie comptait en 2014 près de 90 % de la population favorable à son intégration à l’Europe. Bien entendu, comme dans le reste des Balkans, cette fascination repose sur le fait que les valeurs et les droits véhiculés par l’Union sont tous ceux dont les Albanais ont été privés. L’intégration à l’Union européenne est considérée comme un véritable eldorado. En Albanie, l’intégration est légitimée par l’identification nationale de l’Albanie à l’Union européenne. Comme si, finalement, son intégration allait de soi et était tôt ou tard inévitable. Le communisme d’Enver Hoxha a reposé sur la fusion entre l’idéologie marxiste et l’identification nationale, ainsi un Albanais ne pouvait être que communiste. La chute du régime a en conséquence entraîné l’écroulement de l’identité nationale albanaise, qui se reconstruit depuis autour du processus d’intégration ... |
