Bakalářská práce se zabývá novelou zákona o investičních pobídkách a jejím dopadem na počet realizovaných investičních projektů na území České republiky. Práce poskytuje rozbor procesu udělování investičních pobídek a definování všeobecných a zvláštních podmínek nutných k pobírání investiční pobídky. Cílem práce je prokázat vliv novely na počet investičních projektů. Pomocí analýzy samotné novely zákona o investičních pobídkách, poskytnutými konkrétními daty o vlivu novely s využitím konkrétní investiční smlouvy s firmou Nexen Tire Corporation se práci daří tuto spojitost prokázat. ; The bachelor thesis deals with an amendment to the Investment Incentives Act and its impact on the number of completed investment projects in the Czech Republic. The thesis provides an analysis of the process of granting investment incentives and defining the general and special conditions required to receive investment incentives. The aim is to demonstrate the effect of the amendment on the number of investment projects. Using analysis of the actual amendment to the Act on Investment Incentives, provided concrete data on the effect of the amendment and the use of specific investment contract with Nexen Tire Corporation work demonstrates this connection. |
