| الوصف: | Tema ovog diplomskog rada je “Knjižnične usluge Knjižnice Hrvatskog državnog arhiva nakon potresa te za vrijeme pandemije Covid-19”. Rad je podijeljen u dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada dao se kratki uvid na situaciju uzrokovanu pandemijom, koje je mjere ona zahtijevala te kakav je utjecaj imala na rad knjižnica. Također, opisana je situacija i posljedice potresa koji su zahvatili područje Zagreba i Petrinje u ožujku i prosincu 2020. godine. Na kraju prvog dijela objašnjeno je što su to specijalne knjižnice, koji je status Knjižnice Hrvatskog državnog arhiva, njezini korisnici te fond i usluge koje Knjižnica nudi. Drugi dio rada odnosio se na istraživački dio kojim se htjelo utvrditi kakvo je zadovoljstvo korisnika uslugama Knjižnice te usporediti zadovoljstvo korisnika prije pandemije i potresa te poslije potresa i tijekom pandemije. Istraživanje je provedeno u Knjižnici Hrvatskog državnog arhiva tijekom veljače i ožujka 2023. godine, a istraživanju je pristupilo ukupno 43 korisnika. ; The topic of this master’s thesis is “Library services of the Library of the Croatian National Archive after the Earthquake and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period”. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of a short insight into the situation caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, the measures it required, and what kind of an influence it had on the work of libraries. Moreover, the circumstances and the consequences of the earthquake that hit the areas of Zagreb and Petrinja in March and December of 2020 are described. At the end of the first part, there is the explanation of the term of special libraries and of the status of the Library of the Croatian national archive, its users, and the fund and services the Library offers. The second part of the thesis deals with the research segment, in which the aim was to establish the users’ satisfaction with the services of the Library and to compare the users’ satisfaction before the pandemic and the earthquake and after the earthquake and during the pandemic.
