Tämän insinöörityön tarkoituksena oli suunnitella korjaamotasoinen moottoripyörän huoltotaso, jonka avulla mekaanikko voi tehdä kaikki moottoripyörän huoltotyöt hyvästä työasennosta. Huoltotasoa suunniteltaessa otettiin huomioon erityisvaatimukset mitä haluttiin sisällyttää huoltotasoon. Työssä tarkasteltiin erilaisia mekaanisia ratkaisuja sekä ominaisuuksia, jotka ovat tärkeitä moottoripyörän huoltotasoa käytettäessä. Suunnittelussa käytettiin hyväksi 3D-mallinnusohjelmaa, jolla saadaan todennettua mekaaniset ratkaisut toimiviksi. Lopputuloksena syntyi valmiit piirustukset, joiden perusteella voidaan valmistaa toimiva moottoripyörän huoltotaso. ; The purpose of this thesis was to design a motorcycle maintenance table that is of workshop quality. Mechanics have to be able to do all the maintenance and repair in a good working position. Special features have been born in mind when designing this table. The thesis examined different types of mechanical solutions and features that are important when a mechanic uses this table. In the design a 3D modeling program was used, which was to ascertain the functioning of the mechanisms. The final result of the thesis are finished drawings for the maintenance table can be manufactured on the basis of the drawings. |
