| الوصف: | Given the search for quality in the professional training of the lawyer, a significant part is undoubtedly made up of legal writing, since it is an important and necessary tool that will open the doors of success within their professional training, reading and writing adequately not only improve communication, but also as a means of written expression, to adequately convey ideas, principles of law, with respect for grammatical rules and good written argumentation, make it a valuable tool for lawyers in their daily work, where Undoubtedly, attention has been lost to this type of elements since they are key to adequately communicate not only with the parties but also with the judge himself. ; Ante la búsqueda de calidad en la formación profesional del abogado, una parte significativa la conforma sin duda la redacción jurídica, ya que es una herramienta importante y necesaria que le abrirá las puertas del éxito dentro de su formación profesional, leer y escribir adecuadamente no solamente hacen mejorar la comunicación, sino también como medio de expresión escrita, para transmitir adecuadamente las ideas, los principios de derecho, con el respeto de las reglas gramaticales y la buena argumentación escrita hacen una herramienta valiosa para el abogado en su quehacer cotidiano, en donde sin duda se ha perdido la atención hacia este tipo de elementos, ya que son claves para comunicarse adecuadamente no solo con las partes sino con el propio juzgador. |
