| الوصف: | Leadership is a fundamental pillar for the success of projects, both in construction and in other business sectors. Leaders influence and guide their teams, generating trust and motivation through assertive communication to avoid misunderstandings and strengthen team cohesion. Recognizing the value of employees is key to their development. This article aims to analyze the impact of effective leadership on the success of projects, evaluate its influence on the work environment, emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction, and propose specific strategies to promote strong and effective leadership in the construction sector. To this end, a comprehensive analysis of variables related to leadership styles, communication skills, emotional intelligence, decision making, empowerment, follow-up, feedback, organizational culture, goal achievement, quality of execution, profitability, motivation and professional development was carried out, using quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys and interviews. As a result, patterns and trends were identified that demonstrate the influence of effective leadership on project success, work environment, emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction, providing valuable information to improve leadership practices in construction and other industries to ensure project success and team well-being. ; El liderazgo es un pilar fundamental para el éxito de los proyectos, tanto en la construcción como en otros sectores comerciales.
