| الوصف: | This work consists of the elaboration of a computerized system to determine the strategies in the participatory local development where poverty reduction, social development and territorial ordering interact, which meets quality standards, for the collection of information from the community, promoting the sustainable development and increasing the participation of all citizens. The main objective of the research project will be the development of a web application adapted to mobile devices (Android), using pwa (Progressive web apps) technology. For the methodology, the qualitative approach was used, for which an interview was carried out with the coordinator of the Eco Barrio Py committee, with a descriptive, non- experimental scope with a cross-section for the short time that the application and execution of the research work entailed. The results of the work were favorable, thanks to the web application it was possible to verify that the interaction of users is a fundamental pillar since thanks to their interconnection it will be possible to obtain the joint that is needed for the presentation in the 2023 framework. Consequently, with the test of the application, an improvement was achieved at the time of consultación, it was possible to verify that the participation of the citizens turned out to be very optimal, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the web application. ; Este trabajo consiste en la elaboración de un sistema informático para determinar las estrategias en el desarrollo local participativo donde interaccionan reducción de la pobreza, desarrollo social y ordenamiento territorial, que cumpla con estándares de calidad, para la recopilación de informaciones de la comunidad, promoviendo el desarrollo sostenible y aumentando la participación de todos los ciudadanos.
