Conditions of the (1−x)BaTiO 3 − xNa 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 solid solutions formation (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) with the effect of the positive temperature coefficient of resistance (PTCR)are studied. Solid solutions were prepared using previously synthesized BaTiO 3 with using solid-state reactions and oxalate co-precipitation methods. Sinteringof samples was carried out in N 2 /H 2 reducing atmosphere within the temperature range 1100—1240°C with subsequent oxidation on air at 700°С. The influence ofsynthesis and sintering conditions on the electrical properties of solid solutions isrevealed. |
