This work was developed in urban area in Ituverava-SP�s Municipal district, in June period 2004 for March 2005; Prioritizing the observations of bird behavioral ecology studies Well you-saw (Pitangus sulphuratus), having as goal the description of nest behavioral ecology aspects and of the nests structure. It was accomplished one seriates of visits in field for collection of referring data to the observation and measured.The behavioral ecology comes growing, because your studies allow to know the relations of ecological systems, be them; Physical, biological and behavioral. With this study was possible to describe the nest form and to comprehend locations preferences for nest. ; Este trabalho foi desenvolvido em área urbana no município de Ituverava-SP, no período de junho de 2004 a março de 2005, priorizando as observações de estudos da ecologia comportamental da ave Bem-te-vi (Pitangus sulphuratus), tendo como objetivo a descrição dos aspectos da ecologia comportamental da nidificação e da estrutura dos ninhos. Foi realizada uma série de visitas em campo para coleta de dados referentes à observação e medidas. A ecologia comportamental vem crescendo, pois seus estudos permitem conhecer as relações de sistemas ecológicos, sejam elas; físicas, biológicas e comportamentais. Com este estudo, foi possível descrever a forma do ninho e compreender preferências de locais para nidificação. |
