| الوصف: | This is a bibliographical and documentary legal study on the re-entry of Brazil into the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) on January 24, 2023, an approach that contains an exploratory aspect due to the delimitation of the theme and the comment on the Uruguayan President's speech at the VII CELAC Summit, held on the same date. The search procedure includes querying the term CELAC, in January 2023, on the websites of the Palácio do Planalto, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Superior Court of Justice, Federal Supreme Court and Federal Audit Court. Some factors related to the brazilian political and social reality are considered, in order to reaffirm democracy and the dignity of the human person as elements that, in international relations, must be promoted independently of the partisan ideologies of the Brazilian Federal Governments. ; Trata-se do estudo jurídico bibliográfico e documental sobre o reingresso do Brasil na Comunidade de Estados Latino-Americanos e Caribenhos (CELAC) no dia 24 de janeiro de 2023, abordagem que contém o aspecto exploratório devido à delimitação do tema e o comentário sobre o discurso do Presidente Uruguaio na VII Cúpula da CELAC, realizada na mesma data. O procedimento de pesquisa inclui a consulta do termo CELAC, em janeiro de 2023, nos sites do Palácio do Planalto, Ministério das Relações Exteriores, Superior Tribunal de Justiça, Supremo Tribunal Federal e Tribunal de Contas da União. Consideram-se alguns fatores relacionados à realidade político-social brasileira, de modo a se reafirmarem a democracia e a dignidade da pessoa humana como elementos que, nas relações internacionais, devem ser promovidos de maneira independente das ideologias partidárias dos GovernosFederais Brasileiros. |
