| الوصف: | School children are growing rapidly, their mobile apparatus is developing intensively, separate parts of it are forming, therefore it is important to start the prevention of flat feet as early as possible. Flat feet can cause discomfort while walking, as well as pain and fatigue in the legs, which can interfere with an active daily life. It is also important to early diagnose and orthopedically treat congenital flat feet to prevent them from progressing. Research aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of different physiotherapy methods in correcting flat feet for children. An analysis of the scientific literature suggests that flatfoot deformity is widespread among children, but may disappear with growth. Acquired flatfoot can occur for a variety of reasons: trauma, ligament looseness, and muscle weakness, improper footwear, and overweight. In the analysis of different physiotherapy methods for correcting children's flat feet in scientific articles, positive results have been observed which confirm that physiotherapy is useful in correcting this deformity. No positive results were observed with athletic taping for 30 minutes a day, three times a week. |
