| الوصف: | In questo contributo si è tentato di indagare quale sia stato l’impatto sull’economia della crisi sanitaria/epidemiologica, conseguente alla diffusione del virus Covid/19. Alla luce di quanto rilevato, si è preso atto di un sostanziale ribilanciamento di valori costituzionali, ai danni della libertà d’impresa. Le vicende dell’andamento pandemico hanno poi confermato queste tendenze, addirittura con la limitazione della circolazione delle persone e delle merci in ambito europeo. Tuttavia, proprio l’Unione europea, in una prima fase non particolarmente attiva, ha preso atto dell’importanza e della drammaticità storica del momento, assumendo la consapevolezza che poteva diventare un momento di svolta verso un’opzione realmente federativa, oppure un momento di definitiva emersione di nazionalismi centrifughi. L’insieme di fondi messi in campo dall’Unione europea testimonia la chiara volontà dell’odierna Commissione europea di andare in maniera decisa versa la prima opzione. ; In this paper, an attempt was made to investigate the impact on the economy of the health/epidemiological crisis, resulting from the spread of the Covid / 19 virus. A substantial rebalancing of constitutional values has been noted, to the detriment of business freedom, in the light of this research. The events of the pandemic trend has confirmed these trends, even with the limitation of movement of people and goods in Europe. However, the European Union, that has been not particularly active in a first phase, took note of the importance and the historical drama of the moment, becoming aware that this moment could become a turning point towards a truly federative option, or a moment of definitive emergence of centrifugal nationalisms. The plurality of funds provided by the European Union testifies the European Commission clear will to go decisively towards the first option. |
