У статті розкриваються теоретичні аспекти понять «професійна компетентність», «професійна компетентність менеджера освіти». Автор обґрунтовує необхідність формування психолого-педагогічної компетентності як базової складової професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів освіти.Розкрито сутність поняття «психолого-педагогічна компетентність майбутніх менеджерів освіти». Охарактеризовані її основні складові: психологічна, педагогічна, методична, науково-дослідна. Визначено склад основних елементів кожної складової психолого-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів освіти – знань, умінь, навичок та здібностей. ; Theoretical aspects of the concepts "professional competence”, "education manager’s professional competences” are revealed in the article. The author proves the necessity of forming psychological and pedagogical competence as a basic component of education managers’ professional competence.The essence of the concept "future education managers’ psycho-pedagogical competence" is disclosed. Its basic components: psychological, educational, methodical, and scientific are determined. The composition of the main elements of each component of future education managers’ psycho-pedagogical competence namely knowledge, skills and abilities is defined.It is concluded that the psychological and pedagogical competence is the basis of professional competence of education managers; it is the basis of the effective exercise of their professional activities.Based on the analysis of scientific sources and summarize results of the study determined that “future education managers’ psychological and pedagogical competence” is an integrated individual’s quality, which involves mastering of psycho-educational activities, necessary professional knowledge, abilities and skills; professionally important personal qualities, abilities and experiences of this activity.
