Fine needle aspiration cytology and core biopsy are the main cytomorphological diagnostic methods in breast cancer. The study included 1291 cytological examinations carried out in 2015 in the Oncological Institute after fine needle aspiration FNA, 11 - ultrasound-guided FNA , 146 core biopsy. Research has highlighted the higher effectiveness of ultrasound-guided FNA and corebiopsy with 16,2±0,9% than fine needle aspiration cytology. Therefore it requires a modern approach of cytomorphological diagnosis of breast cancer. ; Аспирационная биопсия тонкой иглой и пункционная биопсия являются основными цитоморфологическими методами диагностики при раке молочной железы. В исследование были включены 1291 цитологического исследования, проведенные в 2015 году в онкологическом институте после аспирации тонкой иглой FNA, 11 - под ультразвуковым контролем Фна, 146 под основной биопсии. Исследования отметили высокую эффективность ультразвукового наведения FNA и основной биопсий с 16,2 ± 0,9% по сравнению с тонкоигольной аспирационной цитологии. Поэтому необходим современный подход диагностики рака молочной железы. |
