| الوصف: | 本论文主要有三个研究：一、调查大三学生考研前焦虑的特点；二、探讨大三学生考研前焦虑与其应对方式、考研动机以及自信心评价间的相关；三、运用团体心理咨询技术，探索缓解大三学生考研前焦虑的方法。 本研究结论： 第一、当前考研的大学生中，低度考研前焦虑的人数占总体的28.3%，中度考研前焦虑的人数占总体的44.4%，高度考研前焦虑的人数占总体的27.3%。大三考研学生的考研前焦虑的低、中、高三种程度存在非常显著的差异且分别有各自的主要特点。不同性别考生、不同专业（文理科）考生、报考不同学校的考生、跨专业与本专业的考生和来自不同学校的考生在考研前焦虑水平上都没有显著差异，备考时间不同的考研前焦虑间存. ; This Paper studies three aspect: First, find out the trait of the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety of junior. Second, probe into the correlation among the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety、the motivation、the self-trust and the coping styles of junior; Third, use group psychological counseling techniques to research the methods for reducing the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety.
