The timeframe for seroconversion detection is shown for each patient that had an initial sample that tested negative to one or more of the antibody ELISAs and who seroconverted at a later timepoint. The colored dots closest to the x-axis indicate the illness day at which the first sample was collected and tested negative for each immunoassay. The second colored dot from bottom to top, indicates the first illness day at which seroconversion could have occurred, which corresponds to one day after the first sample tested negative. The topmost colored dot indicates the illness day at seroconversion detection. Black dots indicate the median illness day. (TIF) |
