| الوصف: | The article considers the established approaches to the analysis of the phenomenon of biosociality. It gives an idea of the cultural, subcultural and syndemic approaches to the analysis of biosociality. The cultural approach is analyzed on the example of biosocialization characteristic of Chinese society (on the basis of a study into the communities of patients with diabetes and cancer). The subcultural approach, which considers different manifestations of cultural attitudes within different communities, is examined using material about the lives of deaf and hearing-impaired people. The syndemic approach actualizes the problem of taking into account the interaction of various factors affecting the course of the disease. Among them socio-cultural and economic factors are of particular importance. It is also necessary acknowledge the fact that the superposition of pathological conditions and external factors causes counteraction of different treatment methods directed to a particular disease. It is concluded that the study of different approaches to the analysis of biosociality allows us to consider different vectors of biosocialization of society, which complement P. Rabinou’s classical approach, and to clarify the grounds for the formation of different types of associations (biosocial groups) and new ways of social identification. ; В статье рассматриваются сложившиеся подходы к анализу феномена биосоциальности. Дано представление о культурном, субкультурном и синдемическом подходах к анализу биосоциальности. Культурный подход рассмотрен на примере процесса биосоциализации, характерного для китайского общества (на основе анализа создания сообществ пациентов, больных диабетом и страдающих раком). Субкультурный подход, рассматривающий различные проявления культурных установок внутри различных сообществ, исследован с привлечением материала о жизни глухих и слабослышащих людей.
