الوصف: | The article presents the main results of the approbation of the author’s program for the development of emotional intelligence of future psychologists. As a result of the formative experiment, positive dynamics of comprehensive development of emotional intelligence took place among future psychologists. Thus, the general indicators of the high level of the studied personal education have significantly increased and, in turn, the indicators of the average and low levels have decreased. All components that characterize its personal and interpersonal aspects, namely identification of emotions, emotional facilitation, understanding of emotions and their management, showed positive development trends. Favorable changes associated with deepening the level of reflexivity of the respondents, including its time vectors of orientation: situational, retrospective and prospective, were revealed. A significant development was recorded regarding the level of empathy and emotional balance of the examinees. Thanks to the performance of practical tasks during the socio-psychological training, future psychologists were able to increase the level of their own conflict competence, which is indicated by their more often choosing constructive ways of solving conflicting situations, such as cooperation and compromise, as well as reducing the prevalence of rivalry and passive behavioral strategies, such as avoidance and adaptation. The subjects demonstrated a more effective application of problem-oriented and prosocial ways of overcoming difficult situations and a tendency to decrease the choice of passive coping strategies. All of the above is evidence of the successful implementation of the author’s program for the development of the emotional intelligence of future psychologists in the training process. ; У статті презентовано основні результати апробації авторської програми розвитку емоційного інтелекту майбутніх психологів.
