| الوصف: | Prevention and treatment of alopecia remains an important task of modern dermatology and cosmetology. There are different types of baldness depending on the etiology and pathogenetic factors, among them androgenic alopecia (AA)and telogen effluvium (TE) are the most common.Aim. To substantiate the methodology of developing new dermatological remedies intended for the cutaneous application in prevention and treatment of AA and TA.Materials and methods. The study was conducted by processing the research literature in etiology, pathogenesis and applied therapeutic methods of various types of alopecia, marketing analysis of drugs and cosmetics, the search of themedicinal plant raw material, determination of the effect of biologically active substances on recovery and the hair follicle growth stimulation.Results. Taking into account the specificity of pharmacotherapy of alopecia and the marketing research data the study objects were selected, namely for AA treatment – soft dosage forms (emulsion gel, cream-mask, gel-mask) with Saw Palmetto fruits extract and Sophora japonica tincture, an oil extract from nettle rhizomes and roots; for TA treatment – a gel-mask with nettle juice, a complex tincture of nettle leaves, sage leaves and horse chestnut leaves. In order to provide stability, high efficiency and safety it is important to take into account the impact of pharmaceutical factors on the quality of drugs to be developed using modern research methods (pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical, physicochemical, pharmacological) and the sequence of their performance.Conclusions. Thus, based on the general methodological approach the algorithm for developing dermato-cosmetic remedies with the natural raw material has been worked out, in future these remedies can be the medicines of choice in prevention and treatment of AA and TA. ; Профилактика и лечение алопеции остаются актуальной задачей современной дерматокосметологии.
