Luka Rijeka gravitacijskom tržištu pruža usluge efikasnog prekrcaja i skladištenja generalnog i kontejnerskog tereta . Ključni troškovi vezani uz stvaranje i isporuku usluge su ljudski resursi, materijal i energija. Landlord model omogućuje efektivno upravljanje uz pružanje visoke razine kvalitete usluge i tržišnu orijentaciju kao i financijsku sigurnost. Luka Kopar gravitacijskom tržištu pruža usluge prijenosa, skladištenja i prijevoza kontejnerskog, suhog i rasutog tereta, dok azijskim izvoznicima i europskim uvoznicima pruža usluge prijenosa i prijevoza automobila. Ključni troškovi vezani uz stvaranje i isporuku usluge su ljudski rad i troškovi usluga. ; The application of the business model framework has enabled insight into the key aspects of these ports' operations and understanding of the fundamental logic of delivery and value creation. The Port of Rijeka provides efficient transshipment and storage services for general and container cargo to its gravitational market. The key costs associated with service creation and delivery are human resources, materials, and energy. The landlord model enables effective management while providing a high level of service quality and market orientation, as well as financial security. The Port of Koper provides transfer, storage, and transportation services for container, dry, and bulk cargo to its gravitational market, while also offering transfer and transportation services for cars to Asian exporters and European importers. The key costs associated with service creation and delivery are labor and service costs. |
