Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením velikosti síly průpichu strojní šicí jehly při šití autopotahů. V rešeršní části jsou popsány faktory ovlivňující šití autopotahů v automobilovém průmyslu, jsou zde popsány materiály a stroje pro šití autopotahů, strojní šicí jehly pro šití technických a kožených materiálů, šicí nitě a druhy švů.Experimentální část je založena na zhodnocení naměřených hodnot, které vznikají při průpichu jehly skrz materiál. Byly analyzovány síly průpichu šicích jehel pro šití kožených materiálů a následně byly vizuálně zhodnoceny otvory, které vznikají při průchodu jehly do kůže.Bylo prokázáno, že na sílu průpichu jehly a na vzhled otvoru mají vliv šicí materiál, vrstvy matriálů ve švu, velikost a tvar hrotu strojní šicí jehly. ; This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of the force of the sewing machine needle penetration during the sewing of car seat covers. There are described the factors influencing the sewing of car seats covers in the automotive industry in the research part, there are described materials and sewing machines for sewing car seat covers as well as sewing needles for sewing technical and leather materials, sewing threads and types of seams.The experimental part is based on the evaluation of the measured values that, occur at the needle penetration through the material. The force of the sewing needle for the stitching of leather materials was analyzed, and the holes that occur when the needle passes through the leather were visually evaluated.It has been shown that sewing material, seam layers, size and shape of the machine needle apex have the influence of needle punch force as well as the appearance of the hole. |
