本文研究了供应链管理的渠道利润问题。对有确定需求、有初始库存和库存短缺的一种畅销商品,建立了供应商管理库存的渠道利润模型。通过对此模型的进一步分析,证明了在短期激励下供应商管理库存的渠道利润优于一般库存的渠道利润;也证明了在长期激励下,供应商管理库存可以产生比短期激励下更优的渠道利润,也优于一般库存的渠道利润。这一结果对于供应链环境下的库存管理在理论和工程上具有实际意义。 ; 国家科技支撑计划资助项目(2006BAH02A09);;国家科技支撑计划资助项目(2006BAH02A07);;国家863科技计划资助项目(2007AA04Z189) ; In this paper,the optimization channel profit under vendor managed inventory(VMI) is studied.For a salable product,the channel profit mode of VMI is established,which based is on deterministic demand having safe stock and stock-out cost.With the further analysis of the mode,VMI in the short-term motivation is found to have higher channel profit than that of the generic inventory.And VMI in the long-term motivation is found to have higher channel profit than that of the short-term motivation of VMI and that of the generic inventory.The result is of practical significanle to VMI in the supply china in theory and engineering. |
