Tämän opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja oli SSAB Europe Oy, Raahen terästeh-taan keskuskorjaamo. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa huolto-ohje 02-segmenteille, joita käytetään tehtaan terässulaton jatkuvavalukoneissa 4 ja 5 ja jotka huolletaan keskuskorjaamolla. Tietolähteenä työssä käytettiin tehtävän parissa työskentelevien henkilöiden haastatteluja, laitteen teknisiä piirustuksia sekä laitteen valmistajan toimittamaa muuta teknistä materiaalia. Ohje laadittiin yhtenäistämään työssä käytettäviä menetelmiä ja siinä huomioitiin tehtävään liittyviä turvallisuusnäkökohtia. Tämän opinnäytetyön tuloksena saatiin aikaan kattava huolto-ohje, joka sisältää runsaasti havainnollistavia kuvia ja liitteitä. Laadittu huolto-ohje tulee toimimaan tukimateriaalina uusien henkilöiden perehdytyksessä tehtävään. ; This thesis was commissioned by SSAB Europe Oy, Raahe steel mill’s central workshop. The purpose of the thesis was to produce maintenance instructions for the 02 segments, which are used in the continuous casting machines 4 and 5 of the factory's steel production plant and which are serviced by the central workshop. The thesis relied on both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was obtained through interviews with people working on the task. Secondary data was collected through a review of the technical drawings of the device and other technical material provided by the device manufacturer. The instructions are intended to harmonize the methods used in the task and to consider the safety aspects related to the task. As a result of this thesis, a comprehensive maintenance manual was obtained, which contains a lot of illustrative pictures and appendices. The maintenance instructions are intended to serve as support material for the orientation of new personnel recruited by the central workshop to perform the task. |
