الوصف: Faced with the issue of an aging population and the preference of French people to age at home, the personal assistance sector is experiencing a labor shortage. With 300,000 jobs to be filled in home care by 2030, this recruitment crisis is encountered regardless of the legal status of the not-profit, for profit or public services.In 2019, several reports commissioned by the State insisted on the importance of "modernizing" the personal assistance sector, with the main challenges of attracting and retaining employees. In this context, the GIP Autonom’Lab is leading a project called "I-MANO" which aims to promote the organizational transformation of home care services and to enhance the attractiveness of these professions. This program is funded by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, AG2R la Mondiale and the CARSAT.By integrating managerial methods that make it possible in particular to strengthen the recognition of the expertise of professionals and the development of their power to act, this program attempts to strengthen the attractiveness of these professions. This program, spanning 2 years and started in 2019, made it possible to sensitize the leaders of 19 structures to 6 innovative managerial approaches. Subsequently, a maturity diagnosis was carried out and 14 structures were able to continue this program with time for internal team trainings, and then in intra-structure around the approach of their choice. This program, which is still ongoing, is the subject of an impact study through the completion of a thesis in sociology. ; Face à l’enjeu du vieillissement de la population et à la préférence des français de vieillir à domicile, le secteur de l’aide à la personne rencontre une pénurie de main d’œuvre.
