医学科技创新活动要在《关于加强科技伦理治理的意见》的要求下开展，而医学科技伦理治理面临的挑战也亟须得到重视。建设独立、专业的区域医学科技伦理中心有其必要性、其职责与运行保障要素也应明确，一方面促进医学科技创新发展并确保遵循伦理规范，另一方面还需要政府及相关部门做好顶层设计，构建监管与技术服务并重的科技伦理治理体系。Medical science and technology innovation activities should meet the latest requirements of Opinions Issued to Strengthen Governance over Ethics in Science and Technology. Thus, attention should paid on the challenges facing medical science and technology ethics governance. This study discussed the necessity, responsibilities and operational guarantee elements of establishing an independent and professional regional medical science and technology ethics center. On the one hand, promote the innovation and development of medical science and technology and ensure the compliance with ethical norms, On the other hand, the government needs to carry out top-level design and build a science and technology ethics system with equal emphasis on supervision and technical services. © 2022, Chinese Medical Ethics.
