| الوصف: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب الاحجام المعرفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتحديد مظاهره والاليات اللازمة لتعزيز المشاركة المعرفية بينهم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لاستطلاع أراء عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعات قسنطينة 3،2،1، واستخدم برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss لتحليل البيانات وتفسيرها، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة جملة من النتائج، أهمها: تتوفر مظاهر الإحجام المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعات قسنطينة 1، 2 و3 بدرجة عالية. هناك العديد من العوامل والأسباب التي أدت إلى بروز ظاهرة الاحجام المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس لعل أهمها: الخوف من ضياع ميزة معينة وضعف التوثيق للمعارف الضمنية وكذا سيادة ثقافة معوقة للتشارك المعرفي بين الباحثين. هناك مجموعة من الاليات للحد من ظاهرة الإحجام المعرفي أهمها: تشجيع العمل بروح الفريق والحد من ثقافة الحيازة المعرفية وتوطين ثقافة التشارك المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ; This study aimed to identify the causes of cognitive abstinence among faculty members and to identify its manifestations. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire tool was used to survey the opinions of the sample of the study represented by the faculty of Constantine Universities 1.2.3, The SPSS statistical analysis program was used to analyze and interpret data, and the results of the study showed a number of results, the most important of which were: Cognitive abstinence is available among the faculty at Constantine Universities 1, 2 and 3 to a high degree There are many factors and reasons that led to the emergence of the phenomenon of cognitive abstinence among faculty, perhaps the most important of which are: fear of losing a certain advantage, poor documentation of implicit knowledge as well as the spread of a culture of hindering cognitive sharing among researchers There are a range of mechanisms to reduce the phenomenon of cognitive abstinence, the most important of which are: encouraging teamwork and localizing the culture of cognitive sharing among faculty members. |
