近年來病人照護已由以往的醫師個人照護模式轉為多團隊合作的模式，研究證實，專業間的團隊合作，可以有效提升重症照護、安寧療護、慢性病和疼痛等病人的治療成果，同時可以有減少住院天數和節省醫療成本的成效。本研究以Davis科技接受模式及DeLone & McLean資訊系統成功模式為基礎，包含了三個構面系統成功要素(系統品質及資訊品質) 、系統使用感受認(知有用性及認知易用性)及使用態度，針對北部某醫學中心急性住院病房的護理人員，以量性研究方法進行，其目的為探討護理人員使用多團隊照護系統的接受度，以及透過多團隊照護系統介入後，病歷紀錄完整性與跨領域團隊照會回覆率是否有顯著差異。本研究問卷收案共185份，並取得多團隊照護系統實施前後團隊照會量共812筆，進行病歷紀錄查核的資料收集，以及團隊照會照會回覆狀況的資料分析。研究結果發現三個構面不會受到單位屬性的影響，問卷平均得分介於2.99分至3.06分，以使用態度得分最高，護理人員普遍對導入多團隊照護系統是持正向態度，並認同系統對其臨床照護工作是有幫助的，三個構面彼此間的相關性均具有正相關，在預測因子方面以系統使用感受認的認知有用性預測量最大，可以解釋變異量為60%(p<0.001)，實施多團隊照護系統後病歷紀錄完整性提升了15.59%，但整體團隊照會回覆率下降了14.57%，只有社工團隊回覆率有明顯增加(p<0.001)達顯著差異。本研究結果可提供該機構作為日後系統改善的依據，並可做為後續其他機構規劃多團隊照護系統內容設計的參考。 ; In recent years, patient care model has been changed from physicians personal care model to a multiprofessional collaborative care model,studies confirm that teamwork among professional, can enhance critical care,hospice care outcomes of and chronic pain patients care, and can reduce the length of hospital stay and improve the effectiveness of healthcare costs savings.
