الوصف: The Life Expectancy Rate (UHH) in North Sumatra Province in 2020 is ranked 24th, down to 25th out of 34 Provinces nationally, and ranks 10th lowest out of 10 provinces on Sumatra Island in 2021. UHH is an indicator of the degree of public health that reflects the quality, productivity, performance, and effectiveness of health development. Achievement of organizational goals is better if Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) thrives. This study aims to determine the level of OCB of the State Civil Administration (ASN) at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office; determine the positive influence of authentic leadership and job involvement on OCB. This study used a total sampling method involving 655 ASNs (78%) from a total population of 840 ASNs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that OCB was in the strong category of 63.8% and the medium/needs improvement category of 32.7%. Authentic leadership and job involvement have a significantly positive influence on OCB. The effect of authentic leadership is 28.0%, job involvement is 19.8%, and the determination coefficient (R²) is 0.478. The OCB of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office has developed, although not yet encouraging, because the OCB category is medium/needs improvement, which is still quite large (32.7%). The North Sumatra Provincial Health Office needs to improve the OCB category that is medium/needs improvement because it has the potential to be contagious and reduces the strong OCB category it has achieved. ; 253 Halaman ; Tesis Magister
