| الوصف: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية عملية تقييم الأداء في المنظمات بصفة عامة والمؤسسات الخدمية بصفة خاصة، حيث تمثل هذه العملية وسيلة لمعرفة مدى كفاء المنظمة في إنجاز نشاطاتها وفعاليتها في تحقيق أهدافها، واستخدمنا أسلوب تحليل البيانات المغلفة(DEA)الذي يعتبر من أهم الأساليب الكمية في تقييم أداء مجموعة من الوحدات المتماثلة، بناء على قياس مستوى كفاءتها باستعمال مجموعة من المدخلات والمخرجات، وقد تم التطبيق على جامعة الشلف كنموذج عن المؤسسات الخدمية، واستعملت بيانات الموسم 2017-2018. تم توظيف نموذجي أسلوب DEA(CCR و BCC)بالتوجه المخرجي، وبينت النتائج أن من بين 10 كليات بجامعة الشلف استطاعت كليتين فقط تحقيق مستوى الكفاءة التام وهما: كلية الهندسة المدنية والمعمارية وكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مما يعكس مستوى الأداء الجيد بهما، وهذا ما يؤهلهما لتكونا مرجعا يتم الاقتداء به من طرف بقية الكليات لتحسين مستوى أدائها واستغلال مواردها أحسن استغلال. تصنيف جال: L25, A30, C61 ; This study aims to illustrate the process of evaluating performance in organizations in general and service organizations in particular. This process represents knowing the organization's efficiency in carrying out its activities and effectiveness in achieving its goals. In addition, we used the Data Envelopment Analysis method (DEA), one of the most important quantitative methods in evaluating how a set of similar units performed, based on quantifying their efficiency level using a set of inputs and outputs. This study applied to the University of Chlef as a model for a service institution. The data for the 2017-2018 university season were used. Two DEA models (CCR & BCC) have been employed with output orientation. The results showed that out of 10 faculties in the University of Chlef, only two (the faculty of civil and architectural engineering and the faculty of humanities and social sciences) could make the whole efficiency level. This reflects their good performance, which qualifies them to be a reference for the rest of the faculties to improve their performance level and the best use of its resources. |
