我国民办高教的发展过程是民办高教制度变迁的过程,但截止目前,我国民办高教的制度环境尚存在诸多问题,集中体现为制度供给问题。因此,解决由于制度供给而造成的制度环境与民办高教发展的实践脱节的问题成为推进我国民办高教健康发展的当务之急。 ; The process of private higher education in China is the process of institutional change.However,there are some problems in the process and institutional supply is a typical one.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the unbalance caused by institutional supply between institutional environment and developmental practice for the healthy development of private higher education in China. |
