| الوصف: | This article aims to address the nature and content of the duty of safety contained in Article 184 of the Labour Code. This paper will argue that the aforementioned article is an obligation of means and, therefore, the employer is liable for slight negligence and must take reasonable measures of care and accident prevention. ; El presente artículo pretende abordar la naturaleza y contenido del deber de seguridad contenido en el artículo 184 del Código del Trabajo. En el artículo se argumentará que el artículo configura una obligación de medios y, por consiguiente, corresponde al empleador responder de culpa leve, debiendo adoptar las medidas razonables de cuidado y prevención de accidentes. |
