| الوصف: | Relevance of the topic. Nowadays, in the present world, where the services sector is developing and growing fast, we can observe that logistic services are one of the most demanded. Logistics involves not only transportation, but also communication between the customer, the carrier and the driver. In this area of service, it is particularly important to notice and identify all emerging risks in order to minimize losses to companies and let them to compete in this market. The object of the graduation thesis is risk factors. The aim of the graduation thesis is to analyze risk factors and their management capabilities in case of the Private Company „Logistic Services“. In graduation thesis the concept of risk, the types of risks and measures for risk management have been analyzed theoretically . In the practical part the provided services, resources and environment of the Private Company „Logistic services“ have been analyzed. For the empirical study, the analysis of the financial statements, the calculation of the overall risk of the company and the structured interview were selected. The results of the studies received consisted of a risk avoidance model and a calculation of the probability of bankruptcy in the company „Logistics services“. In the graduation thesis the following methods were used: analysis of the scientific references, mathematical calculations and other sources as well as the research interview, The results of the study. It was found that the Private Company \"Logistics services\" is facing with financial, information, physical and political risks, after the analysis of conducted interviews of the Private Company „Logistic services“ employees, analysis of financial indicators and mathematical calculations. The analysis of the probability of bankruptcy has shown that although the overall situation of the company is stable over the last 4 years, the company is in a sufficiently high financial risk zone.
