| الوصف: | The Cu 2 MnBO 5 /Cu 2 GaBO 5 phase boundary was found in grown Cu 2 Mn 1− x Ga x BO 5 ludwigites at x = 0.15–0.175 using X-ray and vibrational spectroscopy techniques. The polarized Raman spectra of the monoclinic ludwigites were obtained and analyzed for the first time. |
