يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم سياق نظري للتعلم لدى الأطفال المهاجرين بالمدرسة المغربية وفق أساسيات أنثروبولوجيا التربية. كما يبحث ممكنات التعددية التعليمية والثقافية بناء على الإثنوغرافيات المحلية للمدرسة المغربية. فإذا كان سياق الهجرة يسلتزم تحيين وتكييف المنهاج المدرسي حتى يستجيب للتعدد الثقافي الذي يفرضه هذا السياق، فإن هذا المقال ينطلق من فرضية كون أن تفعيل كل من الأنثروبولوجيا والإثنوغرافيا في تكوين المدرس وتكييف هذا التكوين من أجل ممارسات تعليمية دامجة من شأنه أن يعزز الاندماج المدرسي للأطفال المهاجرين بالمدرسة العمومية المغربية، هذا بالإضافة إلى جعل المؤسسة المدرسية فضاء دامجا لجميع الأطفال بمختلف مرجعياتهم الدينية والثقافية. ; This article aims to provide a theoretical context for learning among migrant children in the Moroccan school according to the basics of anthropology of education. It examines the possibilities of educational and cultural pluralism based on the Moroccan school's local ethnography. If the migration context is required to greet and adapt the school curriculum so as to respond to the multiculturalism imposed by this context, this article argues that the activation of both anthropology and ethnography in the teacher's training and its adaptation for inclusive educational practices would enhance the school inclusion of migrant children in the Moroccan public school, This is in addition to making the school institution a comprehensive space for all children with different religious and cultural backgrounds. |
