| الوصف: | Coffee is one of the crops with great economic importance in Ecuador, the beverage obtained from its fruit is consumed mostly hot, this is one of the reasons why it has proposed to investigate the behavior of new varieties such as Geisha and Sarchimor with the application of different types of fertilization according to the nutritional needs of the crop, with this purpose it is about promoting coffee growing in the province of Cotopaxi, especially in the canton of La Maná. The objective was to evaluate the agronomic response of seedlings of the Geisha and Sarchimor varieties cultivated under the conditions of two agroclimatic floors of the study areas, for this purpose two studies were carried out, one at the "Sacha wiwa" Experimental Center located in the parish Guasaganda and another in Finca San Pablo in the Pucayacu parish. The variables evaluated were plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm) and growth rate recorded at 15, 30 and 45 days. The treatments were given by formulas with medium and high concentrations of phosphorus. In the first study, the treatment that obtained the best results Sarchimor/Medium in phosphorus in the variables plant height with 48.70 cm, 53.59 cm and 56.10 cm and for stem diameter was the treatment Sarchimor/High in phosphorus 0.89 cm and 0.94 cm, the growth rate was similar for plant height while for stem diameter the Geisha/High phosphorus treatment and the Sarchimor control obtained the best averages 0.005 and 0.010 cm per day. In the second study, three different doses of a biofertilizer were applied, 20, 30 and 40 liters respectively, the best reported averages were for the treatment 30 liters biol – Sarchimor 30.26 cm for plant height and stem diameter 0.44 mm, with respect to the rate of growth the average daily increase for plant height was 0.11cm and stem diameter 0.0022cm. ; El café es uno de los cultivos con gran importancia económica en el Ecuador lo, la bebida que se obtiene de su fruto es consumida mayormente caliente, esta es una de las razones por las que ha planteado ... |
