| الوصف: | In the present investigation, 2 surveys were applied to 35 members of the health personnel who work at the Aida León de Rodríguez Lara Hospital, the first survey that is currently approved by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador that evaluates psychosocial risk and the second survey that evaluates the Syndrome. of Burnout using the MBI scale (MASLACH BURNOUT INVENTORY), the information was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, obtaining that the majority of the population is at a medium risk in each of the categories, in addition to 22.85% of the population has burnout syndrome. Finally, it was possible to corroborate that they show a very strong relationship between the psychosocial risk of the respondent and burnout syndrome. (with a p value corresponding to 0.643), this means that the greater the psychosocial risk, the greater the prevalence of burnout syndrome. ; En la presente investigación se aplicó 2 encuestas a 35 personas integrantes del personal sanitario que labora en el Hospital Aida León de Rodríguez Lara, la primera encuesta que actualmente se encuentra aprobada por el Ministerio de Trabajo del Ecuador que evalúa el riesgo psicosocial y la segunda encuesta que evalúa el Síndrome de Burnout mediante la escala MBI (INVENTARIO DE BURNOUT DE MASLACH), se analizó la información mediante el programa estadístico SPSS obteniendo que la mayor parte de la población se encuentra con un riesgo medio en cada una de las categorías, además que 22,85% de la población presenta síndrome de burnout. Por último, se pudo corroborar que muestran una relación muy fuerte entre el riesgo psicosocial del encuestado y el síndrome de burnout.
