The objective of this research is focused on finding effective solutions to improve labor productivity indicators in a Digital Printing from Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas using physical constraints management as the main tool. To achieve this goal a procedure with a holistic character that contributes to the identification, subordination and exploitation integrally physical constraints of the system under study was designed. Among the major findings: the existence of interruptions in operations P2 and P5, which decreases the total production capacity; the presence of a bottleneck in the operation (P1) "Preparation Print". These aspects allowed in conjugation with economic elements, the approach of four production strategies, suggesting the implementation of the Strategy three, generating an impact of $ 4,055.90 a year and market coverage 96.04%, achieving an important balance between production indicators, earnings and market shares. ; El objetivo de esta investigación se centra en la búsqueda de soluciones eficaces para mejorar los indicadores de productividad del trabajo en una Imprenta Digital de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, utilizando la gestión de restricciones físicas como herramienta principal. Para lograr esta meta esto se diseñó un procedimiento con un carácter holístico que contribuye con la identificación, subordinación y explotación de modo integral de las restricciones físicas del sistema en estudio. Entre los principales hallazgos se destacan: la existencia de interrupciones en las operaciones P2 y P5, lo cual disminuye la capacidad total de producción y la presencia de un cuello de botella en la operación (P1) “Preparación de impresión”. Estos aspectos permitieron, en su conjugación con elementos económicos, el planteamiento de cuatro estrategias productivas, sugiriéndose la implementación de la estrategia tres, generándose un impacto de 4.055,90 dólares al año y un cubrimiento de mercado del 96,04%, lográndose un balance importante entre los indicadores productivos, ganancias y las cuotas de ... |
