| الوصف: | The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the protection measures based on the law against women for users who are victims of violence. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the study population was based basically on written documents. The analytical-synthetic part was based on mentally breaking down the system studied into several compendia. The inductive-deductive method was also used. It is concluded that violence against women is what is happening today in today's society that is affecting many women victims and this results in both physical and psychological damage. ; El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente las medidas de protección basadas en la ley contra la mujer a usuarias víctimas de violencias. La investigación se desarrolló desde el paradigma positivista y desde la perspectiva cuantitativa, mediante la búsqueda, recolección y análisis crítico documental, referencial bibliográfico, en este sentido, desde un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, la población de estudio, se fundamentó básicamente en documentos escritos. Lo analítico–sintético, se fundamenta en descomponer mentalmente el sistema estudiado en varios compendios. Se recurrió, además, al método inductivo-deductivo. Se concluye que, la violencia contra la mujer si es lo que pasa hoy en día en la sociedad actual que está afectando a muchas mujeres víctimas y esto da como resultado daños tanto físicos como psicológicos. |
