| الوصف: | Durant plus de 40 années, la ville de Berlin a été divisée et s’est retrouvée soudainement réunifiée en 1990. Depuis 1991, elle est officiellement la capitale de la nouvelle République fédérale d’Allemagne. Dès lors, la plus grosse des villes allemandes développe les structures et fonctions nécessaires à son rang de centralité dans le cadre fédéral national et commence à définir sa nouvelle position dans le contexte international. Cet article présente l’état actuel des perspectives et problèmes d’évolution des structures et de l’espace à Berlin, ville à la fois capitale et siège du Gouvernement, site d’activité économique et noeud des transports nationaux et internationaux. ; For more than 40 years the city of Berlin was divided before being suddenly reunified in 1990. Since 1991 it has been the official capital of the new Federal Republic of Germany. Then the biggest city in Germany is developing new structures and functions necessary for its central role within the existing federal framework and has begun to define its new position within the international context. This article reveals and discusses perspectives and problems of the spatial and structural development of Berlin as a capital and seat of parliament as well as a site of economic activity and a node of national and international traffic. ; Das mehr als 40 Jahre geteilte und 1990 plötzlich wiedervereinte Berlin ist seit 1991 offiziell die Hauptstadt der neuen Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Seitdem entwickelt die größte deutsche Stadt die ihrem Zentralitätsrang adäquaten Strukturen und Funktionen im föderalistisch organisierten nationalen Rahmen neu und beginnt ihre Position im internationalen Kontext neu zu definieren. Im Mittelpunkt der Untersuchung steht die Aufdeckung und Diskussion von Perspektiven und Problemen bei der strukturellen und räumlichen Entwicklung Berlins als Hauptstadt und Regierungssitz, als Wirtschaftsstandort und als nationaler bzw. internationaler Verkehrsknotenpunkt. |
