| الوصف: | Introduction: People with stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease who undergo hemodialysis, face many challenges that increase the likelihood of developing disorders such as depression, anxiety or even worsening these conditions. Furthermore, studies point out that monitored patients who underwent personality assessment pre-dialysis by clinical assessment, who survived at least 6 months on dialysis, had as main findings the assumption that it is possible to predict, at a statistical level highly significant, all major aspects of adjustment: adherence to diet, rehabilitation and psychological condition, the latter reflected by four aspects, namely: depression, suicidal tendencies, anxiety and psychotic complications. Objective: Analyze the evidence from scientific publications regarding mental disorders in patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis.
