| الوصف: | Obsahom bakalárskej práce je priblíženie problematiky metodického cvičenia Lanovka 2023 a jeho vyhodnotenia. Teoretická časť práce popisuje charakteristiku a činnosť integrovaného záchranného systému, vznik mimoriadnej udalosti, triedenie pacientov od laického až po lekárske triedenie pomocou triediacej a identifikačnej karty (TIK), ale aj liečbu počas mimoriadnej udalosti. Teoretická časť je hlavne zameraná na termické úrazy. V praktickej časti práce je využitá kvantitatívna metóda zberu dát a to konkrétne anonymne dotazníkové šetrenie, na základe ktorého sú interpretované výsledky v grafoch. Šetrenie sa primárne zameriavalo na spätnú väzbu nelekárskeho zdravotníckeho personálu zo všetkých 14 krajov Českej republiky, ktorí boli aktívnymi účastníkmi na metodickom cvičení Lanovka 2023. Parciálnymi výsledkami tejto bakalárskej práce bola identifikácia, porovnanie a vyhodnotenie vybraných aspektov súvisiacich s metodickým cvičením Lanovka 2023. V tejto časti práce je tiež popísaný retrospektívny popis metodického cvičenia Lanovka 2023. ; The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the issues of the methodological exercise Lanovka 2023 and its evaluation. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the characteristics and operation of the integrated rescue system, the occurrence of an extraordinary event, the triage of patients from lay to medical triage using the triage and identification card (TIC), as well as the treatment during an extraordinary event. The theoretical part is mainly focused on thermal injuries. In the practical part of the thesis a quantitative method of data collection is used, namely an anonymous questionnaire survey, on the basis of which the results are interpreted in graphs. The survey primarily focused on the feedback of non-medical health personnel from all 14 regions of the Czech Republic who were active participants in the Lanovka 2023 methodological exercise.
