Methods: Descriptive study, with a retrospective cohort, carried out with clients who went to the emergency department due to a road accident, between January and June of 2020. Data were collected by consulting the Alert® Information System of a hospital center in the Central region of Portugal. Results: A minimum trauma severity index score of 2.63 and a maximum of 7.85 was obtained, corresponding to an average of 7.76±0.50.
