Objective. The purpose of the article is the definition of the concept and features of the right of citizens to use natural objects of property rights of the people of Ukraine. Methods. The research methodology consists of such methods of scientific cognition as system-structural, comparative-legal, formal-legal, interpretation, deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis, etc. Results. In the first section of the article, the author based on the analysis of the content of the right of citizens to use natural objects of property of the people of Ukraine and a number of regulations of Ukraine formulates its main features and substantiates their allocation. In the second section, the author pays attention to the definition of the concept of the right of citizens to use natural objects of property of the people of Ukraine. The author analyses the definitions of related concepts and categories, in particular, the subjective right of nature management and the right of general nature management, which are proposed in the scientific literature, establishes the possibility and expediency of their application to build a definition of the right of citizens to use natural objects of the property right of the people of Ukraine. Based on the analysis and based on the main features of this right, defined in the first section of the article, the author formulates the author's position on the interpretation of the category 'right of citizens to use natural objects of property of the people of Ukraine' and gives its definition. In addition, the author emphasizes the possibility of expanding both the features and the definition of the right of citizens to use natural objects of property of the people of Ukraine, commenting on the feasibility of such a step. Conclusions.
