The theoretical part deals with the personality and especially the personalities of the nurses and her profession and also stress. In the thesis emphasis is placed on stress in general, but also on the stress in the profession of nurses. The main pillar of the thesis is a qualitative research on the stress acting on the nurses and their coping strategies.
