| الوصف: | The article outlines the prerequisites for and the concept of modern urban planning regulation of suburban zones around large cities withinin agglomeration settlement systems, where "smart" management of area development is needed on the basis of an algorithm using software methods. The regulation concept was tested with reference to architectural and planning development of the suburban zone around the city of Ekaterinburg. A new approach to the design of settlement systems has been developed based on "smart urban planning" principles. Methodological foundations of architectural design and planning of suburban zones are formulated. |
