The objective of this paper is to study the problem of the seed certification regime as one of the triggers of the 2013 National Agrarian Strike in Colombia. In this way, the figure of peasant resistance is studied, as well as the resulting scenario after agreeing to their cessation. The methodology used consisted of a documentary analysis with a descriptive focus on the regulation of plant varieties and certified seeds in Colombia. Additionally, the author analyzes academic texts on peasant resistance movements and documents that recount the background and development of the National Agrarian Strike. As a result, the paper discusses the background of the largest mobilization of peasants in the recent history of Colombia, that gets the attention of the state apparatus on a set of demands that would otherwise not have been met. Finally, it concludes that this experience allowed Colombian society to understand the problems that have not been resolved in the countryside. ; El presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la problemática del régimen de certificación de semillas como uno de los detonantes del Paro Nacional Agrario de 2013 en Colombia. De esta manera, se estudia la figura de la resistencia campesina y el hito que supusieron las movilizaciones de campesinos, además del escenario resultante luego de acordar su cese. La metodología utilizada consistió en un análisis documental con un enfoque descriptivo sobre la regulación en materia de obtenciones vegetales y semillas certificadas, así como en el estudio de textos académicos sobre movimientos de resistencia campesina y documentos que relatan los antecedentes y el desarrollo del Paro Nacional Agrario. Como resultado, el artículo discute acerca de los antecedentes y el consecuente desenlace que supuso la mayor movilización de campesinos en la historia reciente de Colombia, concluyendo que, pese a que el Gobierno no cumplió con los acuerdos a los que se llegaron para lograr el levantamiento del paro, la experiencia de este movimiento de resistencia ... |
