الوصف:	阪神・淡路大震災（1995 年）以降，災害情報を共有するためのさまざまなシステムが考案されてきた．しかしながら，各機関が必要とする災害情報の質や量が異なるため，災害情報の共有がスムーズに行われず，阪神・淡路大震災から23 年が経過した現在においても，災害情報の共有が十分に行われているとは言いがたい．本資料では，災害対応時の地図情報の共有に関する現状を示したうえで，2021 年度に国立研究開発法人防災科学技術研究所（NIED）が主催したオンライン会議「災害情報の広域連携とSIP4D への期待」について，その概要を報告する．本会議を通して，全国的に統一された災害情報システムは開発を促進することが有益であるとの認識を確認することができた．Since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake (1995), various systems have been devised to share disaster information. However, as each organization is working for different purposes, the quality of information required by each organization is also different. As a result, disaster information is not shared smoothly, and even now, 23 years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, disaster information is still not sufficiently shared. This paper presents the current issues regarding the sharing of map information during disaster response and reports on the online symposium “Wide-Area Coordination of Disaster Information by SIP4D” organized by the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience (NIED) in FY2021.
