| الوصف: | L’esperienza di traduzione di Viva voce di Michel Banniard, a quasi trent’anni di distanza dalla pubblicazione, suggerisce riflessioni sulla ricezione del saggio. Si aggiunge un bilancio critico del problema della transizione dal latino alle lingue romanze secondo alcuni studi pubblicati entro questo lasso di tempo, al fine di verificare l’utilità del libro nel dibattito tra filologi e linguisti, o tra latinisti e romanisti. ; The new translation of Michel Banniard’s Viva voce, almost thirty years after its publication, suggests some thoughts on its reception. The essay adds a critical assessment on the topic of the transition from Latin to the Romance varieties – according to some studies published within this time frame –, in order to verify the worth of the book in the debate between philologists and linguists, or between Latinists and Romanists. |
