| الوصف: | Wine tourism is a multifaceted activity that lies at the intersection of two fields of specialisation: tourism and wine. This contextual diversity is a perfect breeding ground for the creation of a large number of texts and discourses belonging to different genres. One of them, the guided visit to a winery, is the subject of this research. At GIRTraduvino, we have been studying wine genres for years, including those produced in the wine tourism sector, but the guided tour, due to the epistemological difficulties posed by its analysis, is one of the genres we have not yet studied in depth. Therefore, the aim of this work is to begin the detailed integration of the guided visit to a winery into GIRTraduvino's genre map, where for the moment it only appears in a nominal way. This is a preliminary study of this discursive genre, which begins by placing it within the family of wine tourism and wine genres, then proposes an initial methodology for a descriptive analysis of the genre (taking into account different aspects and bearing in mind the aforementioned difficulties), and ends with a reflection on its educational applications, both for the training of specialised translators and in the context of foreign language teaching-learning. ; El enoturismo es una actividad poliédrica que, además, se encuentra en la intersección de dos ámbitos de especialidad como son el turístico y el vitivinícola, una diversidad contextual que es un caldo de cultivo perfecto para la creación de gran cantidad de textos y discursos pertenecientes a distintos géneros. Uno de ellos, la visita guiada a una bodega, es el objeto de esta investigación.
